QueueMate

Terms of Service

Last updated June 23, 2026

These terms govern your use of QueueMate, a free restaurant queuing tool provided by First Mate Technologies. By joining a queue or running a venue through QueueMate, you agree to these terms.

What QueueMate is

QueueMate lets guests join a restaurant queue from their own phone and lets a host run the waiting line and table board from a single screen. The restaurant remains responsible for managing its own seating, queue, and guests. QueueMate is a tool that supports those decisions, not the operator of the restaurant.

Acceptable use

You agree to use QueueMate only for its intended purpose. You will not:

  • Submit false or misleading information, or join on behalf of others without their consent.
  • Attempt to disrupt, overload, reverse engineer, or gain unauthorised access to the service.
  • Use the service to harass staff or other guests, or for any unlawful activity.

Availability

QueueMate is provided free of charge and on an as is basis. We work to keep it reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service, and queues may be affected by connectivity, device, or venue conditions outside our control.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, First Mate Technologies is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of QueueMate, including a missed table or wait time. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under applicable Philippine law.

Privacy

Our handling of your information is described in our Privacy Policy. By using QueueMate you also agree to that policy.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of QueueMate after a change means you accept the updated terms.
