QueueMate hands the wait at your door back to the guest. They join your line from their own phone, watch their place update live, and come back when their table is ready. Your host stand stays clear and your floor keeps moving.

Scan to join
Put a QueueMate QR code at your host stand or door. A guest scans it with their phone camera, enters a name and party size, and they're in line. No app to download, no account to make.

Wait anywhere
Their phone shows a live status page with their place in line and an honest wait time. They can browse the mall, grab a coffee, or sit nearby instead of crowding your entrance.

Get the call
When you seat them, their page changes to “Your table is ready.” Guests who opt in also get a text or email, so no one misses their turn.
Run the rush from one screen
You run the whole queue from one live dashboard on any phone, tablet, or laptop. See who is waiting and which tables are free, and seat the next fitting party with a tap. QueueMate suggests the party that has waited longest and still fits the open table, so the line stays fair and the floor stays full.
Got a walk-in without a phone? Add them yourself in two taps. Self-check-in and manual add work side by side, so no one is left out of the line.
Take phoned-in reservations too. When a guest calls ahead, log the booking — name, party size, date and time — and hold a table for it. When they arrive, one tap checks them in and seats them at their held table, so a reservation never waits in your walk-in line.
Built for Philippine restaurants
QueueMate is free, and it runs on the budget Android phones and slow mall Wi-Fi your guests actually use. It also follows the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (RA 10173): guests agree at check-in, you collect only a name and party size, and a mobile number or email is optional and used only for the alert. Personal details are deleted automatically soon after the visit ends.
